We asked Ingunn what comes to mind when she thinks of Tom. “Learning through his eyes. He taught me how to build a rod with instruction only. (Tom was wheelchair bound when he hired me.) He couldn’t point or touch and had to teach me only through word. He was the best at explaining.”
