This rod is great for fishing from a drift boat or casting on bigger rivers where wind and distance come into play. The 9' 6wt is a rod that we fish the Missouri, Madison, Yellowstone, etc with when we're floating. The 906 casts hoppers, nymphs, and small streamers easily yet has a sensitive enough tip for casting small dry flies. This rod is done on a clear blank with uplocking hardware, a full wells grip, and a beautifully figured redwood burl seat insert. Serial number 22-6-02
