This is a versatile line size for fishing a variety of flies in small to medium-sized waters. The tips are still supple for excellent fish striking and playing capabilities while the mid-and-butt stiffnesses are enough for average fishing distances. This rod works well in the 20 to 50/55-foot range.
This particular rod was made with a full-wells grip, beautiful figured briar reel seat, uplock reel seat, and "Tom Morgan Rodsmiths" inscription. The serial number is 23-5-30.
